Peak Properties’ success over the past 15 years is, we believe, due to its small size – we try to keep our managed properties down to around 50 - enabling us to give a personal service to all our landlord clients and tenants, some of whom have been renting their properties through us for this entire period. We have even, on occasions been requested by overseas clients to buy a property, unseen by them, and then let and manage it on their behalf. We maintain an excellent rapport with all our clients, inspecting all properties approximately every ten weeks followed by reports to the landlord. Maintenance problems from dripping taps to leaking roofs are dealt with immediately. Unlike large corporate companies that are obliged to close their offices at the end of a day, we are available after office closing hours for emergencies.
Peak Properties is based in Newbury but our service, be it ‘introduction only’ or ‘full management’ covers an area from Basingstoke to Marlborough and the surrounding villages. We aim to be as competitive as possible but happily willing to match competition with a like for like service.
