Collection and holding of deposit payable by tenants against

Taking of full Inventory and Schedule of Condition

Collection of rents — paid to Landlords together with
monthly Statement of Payment

Management / maintenance visits to all properties every six
weeks

Transfer of all utilities except telephone

Supervision, at no extra cost, of any repairs or maintenance

Holding of income tax where applicable (overseas
Landlords)

Arrangement of mandatory annual safety testing to gas and
electricity
