Once we have found you a property we will require an
administration fee of £120 + VAT (£141) per adult to be named
on the Agreement (everyone over the age of 18) or £170 +
VAT (£199.75) per family.
We take a security / dilapidation’s deposit usually equal to one and a
half month’s rent. This deposit will be protected by The Deposit Protection
Service (The DPS) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the DPS
details of which may be found at www.depositprotection.com.
Full references are taken — Bank, Character, Employer and a Credit Search.
When you move in you will be given a full Inventory and Schedule of Condition
and all utilities except land phone lines will be transferred by Peak
Properties into your name.
If your property is to be managed by Peak Properties you will be able
to call us at any time in the event of any queries or maintenance problems.
These are always dealt with at the earliest possible moment — usually
within 24 hours, tradesmen permitting!
